Visiting this website

This website has no contact form, account registration or checkout. Its fonts are served with the website rather than loaded from Google Fonts. Following an email link opens your email application; following the Instagram link takes you to Instagram, which has its own privacy practices.

Our hosting provider, 123 Reg, may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, dates, browser details and security logs to deliver, maintain and protect the site. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable website. Hosting logs are retained according to the provider’s operational and security retention schedules.

If you contact us

Your email may contain your name, contact details, company and anything else you choose to share. We use it to respond to your enquiry and discuss our services. You do not have to send an enquiry, but we need enough information to reply.

Our lawful basis for responding to general business enquiries is our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients. Where applicable, we also process an enquiry to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who handles information and for how long

Information may be handled by authorised Wonder personnel and service providers supporting business email and website hosting. We disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we use providers that offer an appropriate legal mechanism and safeguards for international transfers.

We normally retain general enquiries for up to 12 months after our last communication. Where an enquiry results in a client relationship, we may retain relevant correspondence and business records for up to six years after the relationship ends, or longer where required by law or in connection with a legal claim. We delete information earlier when it is no longer needed. Spam, duplicates and trivial messages may be deleted sooner.
